面接時間分フルでしゃべる練習をすると面接の主導権を得ることが出来ます。
外資系の英語面接は母国語でないテリトリーでのどちらかと言えば不利な環境下での面接となります。 面接が30分と過程すると少なくとも15分はフルで話つづける練習をしましょう。
面接で主導権をにぎる為には会話のInitiativeを取り、面接の流れを自分に有利に導く事が必要です。 とにかく相手に攻められない様、自分の履歴書の内容を吟味し、しゃべる内容を15分から20分程度用意していくと自分に主導権を与え、面接を進めることができます。
15分といってもA４サイズの紙に箇条書きで重要ポイント等を書き込みそれに沿って話しを構成していけば、15分程度は継続して話続けることは可能です。 普段からA４サイズに自分のキャリヤについてのポイントを箇条書きにして、想定問題の解答を用意しましょう。
